- Explosives, fireworks and flammable materials
- Illegal drugs, narcotics and related paraphernalia
- Hazardous, toxic or radioactive materials
- Counterfeit goods and items infringing intellectual property
- Live animals, plants and perishable foods confirm
- Items prohibited by UAE or destination-country law (e.g. certain media/printed matter) confirm specifics
Restricted — may need approval or extra documents
- Lithium batteries & devices containing them (shipping limits apply)
- Liquids, aerosols, perfumes and cosmetics
- Medicines, supplements and medical devices confirm rules
- Alcohol & tobacco confirm — often restricted
- High-value electronics & items requiring import permits
- Drones and radio-transmitting equipment confirm
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the items you forward or ask us to buy are legal to export from the origin country and to import into your destination. If we receive a prohibited item, we may refuse, return or dispose of it, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.
