1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of GLOBEXA, operated by Nur and co FZE LLC (Ajman Free Zone licence 2621311317888) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
- Package forwarding — we provide an address, receive your parcels, and ship them to your chosen destination.
- Personal Shopper — on your instruction, we purchase items on your behalf and forward them to you.
- Consolidation & verification — we may combine parcels and check items before shipping.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, delivery and payment information.
- Only forward or request lawful items — see our Prohibited Items list.
- Pay all shipping, service and applicable duties/taxes.
- Ensure your purchases comply with the laws of the origin and destination countries.
4. Pricing & payment
Shipping is charged per shipment based on billable weight and destination. Personal Shopper adds a service fee disclosed before purchase. Membership plan fees, where applicable, are billed as shown on our Pricing page. confirm billing terms
5. Customs, duties & taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes levied by the destination country. We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for charges set by authorities.
6. Liability
We handle your parcels with care and offer protection options at checkout. Except as required by law, our liability for loss or damage is limited to specify limit / insurance terms. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
7. Prohibited & restricted goods
We will not knowingly forward or purchase items that are illegal or restricted for export/import. See Prohibited Items. We may refuse, return or dispose of non-compliant items.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates specify emirate / jurisdiction, and any disputes are subject to its courts.
